Bio: Partner at Windmill Developments, Joe is spearheading the development of Dockside Green in Victoria, BC. Well-known for his sustainability work, Joe previously developed Canada's first LEED-certified (gold) building, the Vancouver Island Technology Park, and is on the board of both the U.S. and Canada Green Building Councils.

Dockside Green: Situated on the inner harbour of Victoria, BC, Dockside Green will convert a 12-acre ex-industrial railyard site into a socially vibrant, ecologically restorative, economically sound and just community. It will be a distinct collection of beautiful living, work, recreation and public spaces designed to enhance the health and well-being of both people and ecosystems, now and in the future.
